Setapp single app appeal process
Note
This appeal process applies only to Setapp single app cases and does not apply to Setapp Membership.
If you believe that we have made an unjust decision (for example, your app has been removed, suspended, restricted, demonetized on Setapp by mistake, etc.), you have the right to appeal our decision within six months of the moment you were notified of the action taken against your app.
Our moderation team carefully reviews every appeal — no automated systems are involved. A real person will assess your case and make the final decision. If you've reviewed our Developer Agreement and Review Guidelines and still think we might have gotten it wrong, we encourage you to submit an appeal.

- Seek an out-of-court dispute resolution (for example, a certified alternative dispute settlement body or arbitration).
- Pursue to the court dispute resolution.
