You can sell and distribute your apps on Setapp and/or Setapp Mobile in addition to your other distribution channels.

With the new EU legislation, EU users can now download and install iOS/iPadOS apps via the app developer website or alternative app marketplaces. Setapp Mobile is the alternative app marketplace. We offer multiple distribution models so you can choose the most suitable one(s):

• Setapp subscription (Setapp desktop macOS app) — Users around the world access your macOS/iOS/web apps by subscribing to Setapp subscription. To access an app, users must install Setapp desktop macOS app, choose your app, and click Install.
• (coming soon) Setapp single app distribution (Setapp desktop macOS app) — Users around the world access your macOS app by either a one-time purchase or by subscribing to it individually. To access an app, users must install Setapp desktop macOS app, choose your app, and click Buy.
• Setapp website — Users around the world access your iOS apps from the Setapp account.
• Setapp Mobile (Setapp Mobile iOS app) — Users from the EU access your iOS/iPadOS apps from the Setapp Mobile iOS app.

Note: If you distribute your app through the third-party app marketplace (neither Setapp Mobile nor App Store), we can still integrate app authorization/activation through Setapp. Please contact your Developer Support Representative for more details.
